American Legion Riders Bike Xtravaganza And Family Fun Day  The American Legion Riders Post 429, Lovington, Illinois will be hosting  a bike show, rodeo and family fun day Saturday, April 24th, starting at 9am, sign up at 108 E. State Street, Lovington, Illinois. Bike show judging to begin at 1pm with Bike Rodeo to follow. The event will be will include a large variety of food and goods vendors. We will begin with the American Legion Color Guard, and will be offering a Blessing of  the Bikes. There will be youth activities such as air bouncies, and pony  rides, an adult obstacle course, bike show, bike rodeo, kids and adult  pedal tractor pull. Prizes from 1st to 3rd will be awarded to participants in rodeo and bike show will have 9 separate classes to be awarded by a panel of judges. We will have a DJ and live music with a variety of music through out the day. Free admission to public, Bike show fee $10.00, Rodeo fee $10.00, both for $15.00  All proceeds of event will be used to assist community, veterans, their  families, and our local American Legion.
