20th Anniversary Party

Eastern celebrated it's 20th anniversary on October 14, 2006. About 90 people came, including guests from two other chapters in our region, Ford County & Embarrass Valley. We had over 50 t-shirts from past events on display, the entire first year of our state newsletters, and tons of other memorabilia different people had saved over the years and loaned us for the party. A number of our charter members were there & had a great time visiting and sharing memories.

"Words have two meanings: one is written in the dictionary, the other is written in our hearts by the experiences we have and the people we know. Thank you, Eastern, for writing in my heart the meaning of these words: brother, sister, and friend."
- Martha "Easy" Kelley
